1. Start With Food
Food is important for our brain, especially for brain growth. Why? Cause most of our brain is composed of fat. That's why fat is needed for maintaining the sharpness of thinking and so you can think properly. So which food are good for our brain? The food is good for our brains are foods that contain Omega-3 Fatty Acids. Like fish, olive oil, nuts / seeds, vegetables.
2. Relax Your Brain
According reseacrh of Dr. Gayatri Devi she said that we can do this with a simple things. Like playing sudoku, work on the problems counting, reading, and also listen to classical music.
3. Do Some Exercise
Its very useful for our healthy and of course for our body, right?. And also do some exercise can make our brain more healty, and then our brains can get a good physical activity, the intake of oxygen to our brain will also be good.
