Hello welcome back to TipsAndInfo, how are you? I'm fine and I hope you're fine too. Sleep is the way to resting our bodies. But did you know that quality sleep can make or maybe can improve your quality life too? Yeah its true. So I'm here to share how to get quality sleep. Well, let's go.

- Sleep is a naturally recurring state of mind characterized by altered consciousness, relatively inhibited sensory activity, inhibition of nearly all voluntary muscles, and reduced interactions with surroundings. (wikipedia)
1. Morning Exercise
There was no link between sleep and exercise in the morning. Well, it's true but some research said that people who exercise in the morning have better quality sleep than people who rarely exercise. At least you need 30 minutes for exercise in the morning.
2. Do Not Eat Too Much
Avoid this, if you wanna get a better quality sleep. Yeah sure you can eat, but small portions is better. Don't be over. Okay?
3. Stay Away From Your Phone
Well your phone it's important for you, but you need to think about this. If you wanna get a quality sleep do this step. Why? Because Light generated from the mobile phone will divert your concentration so that in the end it will be difficult to sleep.
4. Make a Schedule
Try to make a schedule for your sleeping time. And try to sleep in that time, everyday and do not try to cheating on your schedule.
5. Turn Off The Light
And finally turn off your light. It's very useful, cause I think it's make me comfort and sometimes if I'm sleep while my lights on, I feel so uncomfortable. And it's mean I can't get a quality sleep. And some research said that sleep with lights off you can get so many benefits from that. And one which is Quality Sleep itself.
